China Bank Group is seeking a Branch Head to provide strategic direction and hands-on management for a high-performing branch in Metro Manila. You will lead a committed team focused on service excellence, compliance, and sustainable growth while upholding BSP and regulatory standards.

You will translate corporate strategies into actionable plans, drive sales, and deepen customer relationships, ensuring efficient operations and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven leadership in branch operations, sales, and marketing of banking products and services.
• Strong command of branch operations, policies, audit systems, and BSP/regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch to deliver business growth, profitability, and outstanding customer service.
• Translate corporate strategies into actionable branch-level plans that drive sales and strengthen relationships.
• Oversee branch operations with full compliance to policies, audits, and regulatory standards (BSP and others).
• Ensure efficient operations from risk management and internal controls to service delivery.
• Coach and empower employees to align with the company’s mission and values.
