Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding branch sales targets for deposits, loans, and other products.
• Lead branch operations, ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Resolve complex customer issues using root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Mentor and develop branch personnel, fostering a performance-driven culture.

Education
