Metrobank is seeking a Branch Head in the Philippines to drive business growth, oversee branch operations, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations. You will lead multi-product sales, deepen client relationships, and manage a team to achieve performance goals.

Successful candidates will implement strategies to enhance profitability, manage risk, and deliver superior customer service while upholding the bank’s core values and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate studies is an advantage.
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding branch sales targets for deposits, loans, and other products.
• Lead branch operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Resolve complex customer issues through root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Mentor and develop branch personnel to support career growth and performance.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and expand client base through local networking.
