Job summary

BDO Unibank in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Client Relations Officer to oversee daily lobby operations and support the Branch Head in driving growth through active marketing, cross-selling, and upselling of banking products.

You will identify client needs, generate sales leads, promote suitable deposits, loans, credit cards, and bancassurance, and ensure compliance with bank policies while maintaining exceptional service in the branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years branch banking experience as an officer.
• Proficient in computer and business applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Available for Greenhills, Ortigas, Makati, Quezon City and Manila areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to the clients of the Bank by actively volunteering assistance.
• Manage lobby traffic in the branch and direct clients to use alternative electronic channels.
• Approve and override transactions.
• Ensure compliance to the Bank's Policies, procedures and Requirements.
