Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Branch Client Relations Officer to oversee daily lobby operations and support the Branch Head in driving growth via active marketing and cross-selling of products. The role focuses on identifying client needs, generating leads, and promoting banking and bancassurance solutions to strengthen relationships and hit branch sales targets.

Responsibilities include managing lobby flow, directing clients to digital channels, approving transactions, and ensuring policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder (4/5-year course)
• At least 3 years of branch banking experience as an officer (2 years in Marketing or Sales of bank products)
• Proficiency in computer and business applications
• Effective oral and written communications
• Good problem solving and numerical skills
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills
• Leadership and interpersonal/people management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to bank clients and assist as needed
• Manage lobby traffic and educate clients to use digital channels
• Approve and override transactions
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
