Qualifications

• At least 5 years of strong sales experience; branch sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Willing to be assigned to any branches within the region.
• Must be resilient with a go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a proactive, firm stance to address competition and market conditions.
• Builds relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
• Establishes synergy with partner units to drive cross-sells.
• Profiles prospects to address client needs and maximize potential.
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by presenting bank products and services.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
