Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines is looking for a client-focused specialist to service accounts at opening, placements, inquiries and after-sales support, while promoting the bank's products and services.

You will perform start and end of day banking activities, ensure accuracy of transaction documents, maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business.
• At least 1 year experience in branch operations; fresh graduates considered.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills
• Effective interpersonal and people management skills
• Good problem solving and numerical skills
• Willing to work onsite in Catanauan, Quezon

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Ensures correctness and completion of transaction documents used in processing; timely completion of end of day transactions and activities.
• Ensures compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
