Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years branch banking experience as an officer (two years in Marketing (low counter) and/or Sales of bank products).
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Ability to speak Mandarin or Fookien.
• Willing to be assigned in Chinatown and nearby Chinese-centric business districts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by actively assisting.
• Manage lobby traffic and educate clients to use electronic channels.
• Approve and override transactions.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures and requirements.
