Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in National Capital Region seeks a Branch Client Relations Officer for San Juan City to assist Branch Head in marketing bank products and managing daily lobby operations.

You will provide customer service, guide clients to electronic channels, and ensure compliance with bank policies; you may approve and override transactions as needed. Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year course / bachelor's degree holder.
• At least three years branch banking experience as an officer (two years in Marketing and/or Sales of bank products).
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to the clients of the Bank by actively volunteering assistance
• Manage lobby traffic in the branch and directing / educating clients to use alternative electronic channels
• Approve and override transactions
• Ensure compliance to the Bank's Policies, procedures and Requirements
