Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Branch Client Relations Officer to support the Branch Head in daily lobby operations and drive business growth through active marketing, cross-selling, and upselling of deposit accounts, loans, cards, and bancassurance solutions. The role involves identifying client needs, generating sales leads, and promoting suitable banking products.

Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred for branches in Greenhills, Makati, Ortigas, Quezon City and Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• At least three years branch banking experience as an officer.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Chinese speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by actively volunteering assistance.
• Manage lobby traffic and direct/educate clients to use electronic channels.
• Approve and override transactions.
• Ensure compliance to bank policies and procedures.
