Metrobank is seeking a Branch Sales Officer to grow the card acquisition business across Greenhills, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Makati, Pasay, and Alabang, including head office operations. Responsibilities

• Generate designated card acquisition targets monthly, quarterly, and annually using all channels including Branch Sales, PSBank branches, and own-sourced applications.
• Create masterplan/roadmap on how targets will be achieved and monitor execution of plans.
• Conduct regular sales and product briefings to branches and communicate campaigns, policies, and matters in a timely manner.
• Develop orientation and presentation materials and conduct training to branch personnel to meet quality standards of card applications and pass/approval rates.
• Conduct branch visitations and business reviews for Metrobank branches and other Metrobank groups.
