• Expands customer base by identifying potential clients and converting leads into new to bank customers.
• Deepens customer engagement by facilitating multi-product sales offering and presenting unique solutions to enhance loyalty and retention.
• Promotes brand awareness and product penetration by identifying sales opportunities through constant customer visits and business development activities.
• Ensures complete endorsement of the solicited accounts to the branch for development and relationship building by creating a clear line of communication between the client and branch officers and staff.
• Solicits referrals by actively engaging both new and existing client base.
• Builds synergy and collaboration among team members and other partner units to improve our products and services.
• Conducts competitor scan and provides management periodic updates based on customer feedback and market trends.
