Qualifications

• Master's degree or relevant post-graduate studies is an advantage.
• Certifications in sales, leadership, or banking operations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by achieving branch sales targets for deposits, loans, and investments.
• Lead branch operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Resolve complex customer issues and manage the team.
• Develop staff through mentoring and training.
