• Deepens customer engagement by facilitating multi-product sales and presenting unique solutions.
• Promotes brand awareness by identifying sales opportunities through customer visits and business development.
• Ensures endorsement of solicited accounts to the branch for ongoing development and relationship building by creating a clear line of communication between the client and branch officers and staff.
• Solicits referral by actively engaging both new and existing client base.
• Builds synergy and collaboration among team members and other partner units to improve our products and services.
• Conducts competitor scans and provides management periodic updates based on customer feedback and market trends.
