A leading staffing solutions provider is looking for a Trainer in Cebu City. The successful candidate will be responsible for training new and existing team members, conducting various trainings, and providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance. Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 months of training experience, along with 2 years in the BPO sector. This position offers an opportunity to work onsite under shifting schedules.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months experience as a trainer and overall 2 years experience in the BPO industry.
• Preferably with experience in non-voice process training.
• Experience in conducting new hire, refresher, and upskilling training.

Mansioni

• Assign appropriate pre-study work defined by client and training organization.
• Complete required tracking and reporting tasks thoroughly.
• Monitor calls for soft skills and compliance parameters.
