Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as a trainer and overall 2 years experience in the BPO industry.
• Preferably with experience in non-voice process training.
• Experience in conducting new hire, refresher, and upskilling training.

Responsibilities

• Assign appropriate pre-study work defined by client and training organization.
• Complete required tracking and reporting tasks thoroughly.
• Monitor calls for soft skills and compliance parameters.
