Job summary

The position emphasizes instructional design, curriculum development and delivering training across voice and non-voice accounts, with LMS proficiency and flexibility for shifting schedules onsite in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of relevant training experience.
• Background in voice and non-voice accounts.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiar with Google Suites.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methods.
• Hands-on instructional design, curriculum development and training delivery.
• Experience assessing training needs and identifying opportunities.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Onsite work in Gilmore, QC; Ortigas, Pasig; McKinley, Taguig.
• Training certifications such as CPLP or Train-the-Trainer.
