Job summary

Transcosmos is seeking a Team Lead in the Philippines (Taguig) to oversee daily and weekly operations. You will plan activities, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality and productivity standards are met, with a focus on meeting client SLAs.

The role requires 2+ years of Team Lead experience in BPO, strong communication, and willingness to work onsite at McKinley in Taguig. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree, or 2 years of college completed.
• At least 2 years of Team Lead experience in the BPO industry.
• Background in Inbound, Outbound, and Non-Voice services; knowledge on all lines is a plus.
• Experience with social media accounts is a plus.
• Strong to excellent communication skills.
• Amenable to work onsite: Mckinley, Taguig City.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly operational activities and adjust strategies to hit SLAs within budget.
• Delegate work, monitor, and coordinate department functions to meet client and operations deadlines.
• Ensure processes support productivity, quality standards, and record retention.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching on project overview.
• Assist staff with questions and data-related difficulties; address inconsistencies.
• Maintain records of completed work.
• Create and send daily operations status reports to Supervisor or Operations Manager.
