Job summary

Transcosmos Asia Philippines, Inc. is seeking a training leadership professional to manage day-to-day operations of the training team, design and deliver learning programs, and ensure consistent training delivery across internal and external sites.

The role requires at least 5 years in the BPO space, 3 years in training, and 2 years in a training lead role, plus strong MS Office and Google Suites skills, presentation and coaching abilities, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the BPO space.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in training role.
• Minimum of 2 years in training lead role.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and familiar with Google Suites.
• Proficiency in using training tools and software.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new training techniques.
• Coaching skills experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Training team
• Conduct and organize train-the-trainer sessions
• Audit classroom training for internal and external sessions to ensure consistent delivery of information across sites
• Develop and maintain training tools, including worksheets, templates, databases and reports
• Identify and analyze employee performance problems, determine ongoing training needs, and implement solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external resources to design and deliver learning programs that address identified needs
• Handle enquiries pertaining to Procedures from other teams and provide guidance according to stipulated operation procedures and policies
• Tailor training and set schedules according to ongoing business needs
• Design and manage blended learning solutions and learning interventions based on assessment outcomes
• Establish evaluation and reporting on learning adoption, learning effectiveness, course satisfaction, and certification
