Job summary

MicroSourcing in Parañaque is seeking an experienced BPO Trainer to design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff. The role requires hands-on facilitation across classroom, virtual, and on-the-job formats, plus collaboration with Operations and Quality to identify knowledge gaps.

You will create training materials, guides and e-learning content, and monitor trainee progress with coaching and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, developing and delivering end-to-end training programs.
• Excellent facilitation skills for classroom and virtual training.
• Experience creating training materials, facilitator guides, job aids and e-learning content.
• Strong communication and coaching with key stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating training effectiveness and coaching trainees.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual and on-the-job training sessions.
• Assess training needs with Operations, Quality and stakeholders to identify gaps.
• Create and update training materials, guides and e-learning content.
