Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years experience in BPO/BPM industries, with at least some managerial experience in customer service operations.
• Prior experience in solution design is preferred.
• Knowledgeable about contact center operations, including RFP processes and bid management.
• Willing to work onsite at BGC Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Develop tailored solutions to suit client needs and facilitate client interaction sessions.
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Collect, analyze, and synthesize market intelligence and competitive data within a specific domain, providing insights for gap analysis and contributing to market intelligence reports.
• Process Enhancement: Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives to achieve project goals.
• Contract Management: Draft and review Statements of Work (SOW) to define contractual terms for specific solutions.
• Collateral Development: Lead and guide team members in creating marketing materials such as flyers, case studies, and other collateral.
