Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of BPO/BPM experience with a managerial background.
• Experience leading customer service operations in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of contact center operations, RFP processes and bid management.

Responsibilities

• Client interactions: Creates solutions customized to client context and leads interaction sessions.
• Competitive and market analysis: Gathers and analyzes market intelligence and identifies gaps for reports.
• Continuous process improvement: Participates in projects to deliver project goals.
• Contract negotiation: Creates and reviews SOW to define contract terms for a solution.
• Creating collaterals: Drives team to prepare flyers, case studies, etc.
• HMO for employee and 2 dependents on Day 1.
• Quarterly performance bonus.
