Qualifications

• Provide transportation, accommodation, and relocation support to provincial employees assigned to Manila, Cebu, or Roxas
• Offer basic guidance and emotional support to employees facing personal or work-related challenges, with empathy and professionalism
• Build strong working relationships with program teams and support departments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of requests and services rendered
• Perform ad hoc tasks that support departmental goals and organizational initiatives

Requirements

• At least 2 years of college education (Tourism, Hospitality, Psychology, HR, or related courses preferred)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or similar environments
• Strong ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and discretion
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when needed
