Qualifications

• 2+ years of college education preferred in tourism, hospitality, HR, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and discreetly.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends or holidays as needed.
