MCI is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative in San Fernando, PH. You will provide customer support in English and Spanish, troubleshoot basic tech issues, and handle account inquiries on-site with varied client schedules.

Comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement into Supervisor, Trainer, QA, or Operations Management are available. Must meet minimum qualifications and maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish with strong verbal and written skills.
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work where applicable.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications and Office tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Listen to customers, identify needs, and provide effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist with product/service inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and requests in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Aim for first-contact resolution and maintain quality and attendance.
