Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication.

• Ability to type at least 20 words per minute.
• Reliable internet connection for work-from-home programs where applicable.
• Proven organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using Windows-based applications and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
