Job summary

MCI is hiring Call Center Sales Representatives in the Philippines to join a fast-paced, goal‑driven sales team. You will make outbound calls, promote products, handle objections and close sales, while maintaining records and responding to inquiries.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, fluent in English and Spanish, with strong sales and communication skills. Prior telemarketing experience is a plus, and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
