Gratitude Philippines is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst fluent in Dutch and French to join our team in Manila. The role requires ownership, clear communication, and a practical approach to solving business problems.

You will work onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig, with a shifting schedule and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical support or service desk, strong troubleshooting background, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and French (speak, read, and write) - required.
• At least 2 years experience in Technical Support / Service Desk.
• Background in technical troubleshooting and IT Help Desk Services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig - shifting schedule.
• Stable work history, not a job hopper.
• Must not be a present or former employee of CGI.
• PRV/TRV holders preferred, but client can process working visa.
