In this role you will support multiple channels (Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, Chat), participate in training, and work a shifting schedule, including onsite options. Angkas emphasizes growth, incentives, and a dynamic startup culture in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or client-facing experience.
• Strong communication in Tagalog and English.
• Bisaya language is a plus.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries by phone, email, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Delivers outstanding service to high-value customers and grows relationships.
• Supports channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
• Provides personalized customer service by addressing customer needs.
