The role requires 2+ years in a call center, Spanish and English proficiency, and the ability to multi-task while following guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a call center customer service environment.
• Channel advisor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive aftermarket a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer communications through online marketplaces, and phone calls.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide product information as needed and recommend products when appropriate.
• Conduct research to solve shipping issues.
• Monitor marketplace returns and claims/disputes.
• Maintain knowledge of products and related systems/sales platforms.
• Enter data to create RMAs and manage cancellations/refunds.
• Uphold professionalism and adhere to guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and cross-training to boost productivity.
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
