Job summary

TalentSync Training and Development is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Professional for BFSI Account in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The role is full-time and focuses on delivering professional support across banking, financial services, and insurance sectors, through multiple channels.

You will handle inquiries, provide accurate product information, process transactions, maintain records, and follow SOPs to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 6 months CCE or 12 months CS experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency
• Provide accurate information about banking, financial and insurance products and services to customers
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, escalating complex matters to supervisors or specialist teams where necessary
• Process transactions, account requests and service applications whilst maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the designated systems
• Follow established protocols, scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services in alignment with company objectives
• Contribute to team targets and performance metrics, including average handling time, first contact resolution and customer satisfaction scores
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
• Comply with all regulatory requirements, data protection standards and company policies applicable to the BFSI sector
