Cognizant Technology Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a financial services customer support specialist to assist customers and internal stakeholders with inquiries in banking, lending, mortgage, and related processes.

The role involves research, data verification, case management across systems, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be willing to work shifting schedules in Taguig.

Qualifications

• At least SHS graduate.
• Required experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred backgrounds: Financial Services, Retail Banking, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Lending, Mortgage Processing, Financial Operations, Other closely related financial fields.
• BPO experience is not mandatory. Relevant non-BPO experience within the above industries can be considered.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules in Taguig.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers, clients, or internal stakeholders with inquiries involving banking, lending, mortgage, accounting, or financial services processes.
• Perform account research, data verification, reconciliation, and documentation in accordance with established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Manage cases, requests, or transactions through various systems while ensuring timely resolution and service excellence.
• Identify discrepancies, upscale complex issues when necessary, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer service while working in a fast‑paced financial operations environment.
