The ideal candidate has 6+ months in customer care or 12 months in customer service, strong English communication (B2), and the ability to handle inquiries professionally while adhering to company policies.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE) or 12 months of Customer Service (CS) experience.
• B2 level English communication proficiency.
• Willingness to work onsite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer concerns professionally in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle customer inquiries related to banking and financial services and account concerns.
