Job summary

TalentSync Training and Development in Quezon City, Metro Manila, invites applications for a full-time Customer Service Representative for a retail account. You will be the voice of our partner, delivering outstanding support to customers with professionalism and efficiency.

Key duties include handling inquiries across channels, providing product information, processing orders and returns, and ensuring accurate records. Training will be provided; shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• No CC experience required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Active listening skills and patience.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers, assisting with purchasing decisions and concerns.
• Process customer orders, returns, exchanges and refunds accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with retail account guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and identify feedback for process improvements.
