Job summary

Optum is seeking a Patient Navigator to deliver a timely, compassionate experience for established patients seeking behavioral health services. You will coordinate scheduling, refills, and referrals, serving as a subject matter expert for OBC providers, programs, and service lines.

This onsite role in Alabang requires strong English communication and a patient-first mindset. You will manage inbound inquiries via phone, web forms, and referrals, ensuring accurate information flow and coordinated

Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical allied course (Nursing, Psychology, or Medical Technology).
• At least 12 months of Healthcare BPO experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Willing to work night shifts and onsite in Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, compassionate experience for established patients seeking behavior health services.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations and medication refills for behavioral health services.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for OBC providers, programs and service lines.
• Manage inbound inquiries and referrals received through live calls, callbacks, web forms, and faxes.
