Job summary

Digital Minds BPO is seeking a Behavioral Health Patient Navigator to support a U.S.-based maternal health platform. You will interpret screening results, perform follow-up calls, and connect patients with appropriate resources in a non-clinical role.

Role requires RPm or RN/RM licensure and strong English communication. This position is onsite in Naga City, with relocation incentives for those moving from outside the Bicol Region.

Qualifications

• RPm license must be active to qualify.
• RN or RM with documented perinatal mental health experience is required.
• Excellent spoken English and comfort with phone conversations are essential.
• On-site work in Naga City, Bicol is required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and review standardized mental health screening results.
• Conduct professional follow-up phone calls to clarify patient responses.
• Connect patients with external resources based on protocols.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the client’s system.
• Maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
