Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Experience in the Beauty and Wellness industry.
• Experience handling channel partners, including modern trade accounts.
• Strong background in account management and client relationship building.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive business growth.
• Strong buyer and stakeholder relationships is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring consistent and effective service delivery.
• Growth Identification: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive business results.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
