Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Chemical/Cosmetic Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management, B2B Client Relations, or Project Management.
• Experience in Beauty/Cosmetic OEM/ODM, Packaging, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Ability to grasp client intents quickly and translate needs clearly.
• Strong follow-up with internal/external teams and timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for local Philippine B2B clients via meetings, email, and messaging channels.
• Translate and communicate client feedback to internal R&D, design, and overseas manufacturing partners.
• Monitor end-to-end project timelines from sample creation to delivery schedules and communicate status updates.
• Guide clients through the OEM/ODM product development process, including base formulations and packaging options.
• Maintain precise records of communications, artwork approvals, samples, and milestones.
