Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Key Accounts or Modern Trade.
• Strong sales mindset and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP for reporting and analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and communicate with assigned key modern trade accounts.
• Build and sustain relationships with buyers and category managers to foster growth.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and freshness in stores.
• Plan and execute promotions and in-store campaigns with marketing and trade teams.
• Track sell-in and sell-out performance; address gaps to meet sales targets.
• Negotiate trade terms, promotional deals, and account plans in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with supply chain and finance for orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
• Resolve in-store issues such as out-of-stock situations and pricing errors.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates to management.
• Conduct store visits and audits to ensure flawless execution and brand presence.
