Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales and trade marketing experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
• Experience as Key Account Manager and Area Sales Manager.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese preferable.
• Strong network with Watsons, Guardian, and other retailers.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and execute trade campaigns.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and retail logistics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and GMV targets.
• Manage and grow key accounts such as Watsons, Guardian, Caring, and other retail partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews with retailers to identify growth opportunities and strengthen performance.
• Manage distributors to ensure proper product distribution, coverage, and execution standards.
• Oversee visibility investments and ROI; optimize promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, content, digital, and trade marketing teams on activation materials and in-store plans.
• Open opportunities across all channels in the country and negotiate trade terms.
• Establish disciplined sales administration, reporting, and documentation.
• Develop route-to-market strategies strengthening distributor management and store coverage.
• Oversee product availability and timely delivery to retail outlets; coordinate with inventory planning and demand forecasting.
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members; drive a performance-based culture.
