Responsibilities

Identify and target potential Australian clients across industries.
Build a qualified B2B sales pipeline via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling.
Research target organizations and identify key decision-makers.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and budgets.
Educate clients on offshore staffing benefits and models.
Prepare proposals, quotations, staffing models and presentations.
Negotiates terms and closes new clients; manage CRM data.
Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for smooth onboarding.
