FIS is seeking a night-shift Client Support specialist for a hybrid role (three days in-office, two days remote). You will assist banks and customers with product usage and issue resolution, focusing on financial transactions, deposits, and compliance across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Experience with US banking products and services preferred.
- Background in credit/debit processing and deposits.
- Experience in teller deposits and lending applications.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and research abilities.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues.
- Assist with financial transactions and operational controls.
- Explain banking products and services to clients.
