Job summary

FIS in Metro Manila is seeking a Client Support specialist to handle customer inquiries and resolve banking-related issues. The role requires extensive banking knowledge and the ability to guide clients through product usage, ensuring a smooth customer life cycle.

You will work with internal teams to diagnose problems, recreate issues in test environments, and provide actionable solutions while maintaining high service standards in a hybrid setup with a night shift.

Qualifications

• US banking or finance experience preferred.
• Experience with Credit and Debit processing.
• Experience in Teller Deposits and Lending applications.
• Customer service oriented; advocates on behalf of our clients.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving and research skills; ability to anticipate next steps.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues such as financial transactions, operational controls, and statements.
• Provide expert, in-depth product support to the customer.
• Recreate client issues in FIS test environments to provide the best solution.
• Ask probing questions to anticipate client needs and next steps.
• Troubleshoot software applications and recommend corrective action.
• Document customer information and recurring issues for quality programs.
