Job summary

FIS is seeking a capable Client Support professional in the Philippines to assist banking clients with inquiries and transactions. The role requires strong knowledge of US banking processes and a solid background in handling credit and debit operations.

As part of the Client Support team, you will resolve issues, guide customers through product usage, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely solutions, even during night shifts in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Prior US banking or finance experience preferred.
• Experience with Credit and Debit processing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
