RCBC is seeking an attentive service professional to cover absentee roles across its Business Center network. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with BSP/AML regulations while delivering superb customer service and supporting business objectives.

The candidate should hold a four-year degree in business or a related field and have strong knowledge of branch policies, with sales experience in banking being a plus and willingness to rotate among branches within the assigned area.

Formación

• A four year degree in business or service industry oriented course.
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
• Sales/marketing experience in a bank is advantageous.
• Willing to be assigned to different branches within the area of assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Assumes the position of absentee Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), or Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) when they are absent.
• Performs compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
• Handles ad hoc tasks such as investigations, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duties, as assigned by the District Service Head.
• Ensures BC transactions are processed within set limits, approvals and authorities as per Bank policies and Operations Manual.
