RCBC is seeking an individual to cover absentee Business Center personnel in Masbate. The role supports customer service excellence and compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations, ensuring branch operations align with policy and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Banking environment experience and customer service skills.
• Degree in business or service industry required; knowledge of bank policies an asset.
• Sales/marketing experience in banking is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Cover absentee Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA) or Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller).
• Assist in performing compliance reviews as assigned by Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad hoc tasks such as investigations, reconciliation, ATM duties as needed by District Service Head.
• Ensure BC transactions are processed within set limits and approvals per bank policies.
