Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business or service industry
• Extensive knowledge of bank policies and branch procedures
• Ability to work in a banking and sales environment with professional client handling

Responsibilities

• Serve as absentee Service Manager/SO/SA in their absence.
• Assist in compliance reviews as assigned by Regional Service Head.
• Perform ad hoc tasks (investigations, reconciliations, ATM duties) as assigned.
• Ensure BC transactions are processed within set limits and approvals.
