Job summary

RCBC in Makati is seeking an experienced Banking Operations Manager to oversee production output, ensuring timely and error-free delivery of bank products and services in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will supervise team members with adherence to AMLA, compliance, and BSP requirements.

The role requires 5–7 years of banking operations experience in an officer capacity, a relevant degree, and strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt and set priorities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any relevant course; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of experience in banking operations in an officer role.
• Knowledge of bank operations, products and BSP circulars and reports.
• Day-to-day banking activities across Head Office and Business Centers.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to adapt and set priorities.

• In charge of operations production output ensuring competent, timely, and error-free delivery of bank products and services.
• Collaborate with relevant parties within controls and standards with supervisory responsibility over unit members.
