Job summary

RCBC in Manila seeks a customer-focused Banking Professional to provide competent, timely over-the-counter services in the Business Center and to support the branch's service objectives. You will ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations, identify and mitigate risk, and participate in process improvements and technology implementations across branch operations.

Capable to deal with complexity, efficient in decision-making, diligent, and practices effective time management in work.
Has controlling and monitoring skills and a sense of security awareness.
Empathic and can easily engage with people.
Highly compassionate and service oriented, with concern for order, quality, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Provide competent, timely and error-free over-the-counter services to customers in the Business Center.
Ensure compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and other external regulatory rules.
Recognize risk areas and eliminate risks by implementing bank policies and procedures.
Support branch objectives through excellent customer service delivery and service-related initiatives.
Willing to be assigned to multiple locations: Katipunan, Visayas Ave., Diliman, Anonas, Timog Ave., Aurora Blvd.
