Job summary

Security Bank in the Philippines seeks a Customer Advisor to handle in-house selling, cross-selling of bank products, and management of client accounts to meet sales targets. You will open peso/dollar CASA accounts, process roll-overs, renewals and maturities, and ensure service standards compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, have at least 1 year of branch banking experience, and show strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-service orientation in a regulated banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of branch banking experience.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service orientation.
• Understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

• Identifies customer needs and nurtures relationships through marketing calls and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Assists walk-in customers by advising them on bank products to meet their needs.
• Handles customer complaints by coordinating with BCM or relevant units to ensure resolution.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions per bank policies to meet service standards.
• Acts as co-custodian to Main Vault Door and Cash Safe; conducts end-of-day cash verification per bank procedures.
