Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1 year banking experience preferred, especially handling new accounts.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Understanding of regulatory, quality control, and risk management framework.

Responsibilities

Handle in-house selling and cross-selling of bank products and services, manage account portfolios to hit sales targets.
Process opening of peso/dollar CASA accounts and placements, renewals, terminations and mature placements.
Ensure on-time, accurate service delivery in line with Bank standards.
Identify customer needs and nurture relationships via marketing calls and cross-selling other products and channels.
Assist walk-in customers with product advice to meet their needs and enhance dealings with the Bank.
